We prepare food fresh, using the family recipes. Besides our famous garlic rolls, we are proud to continue serving delicious dishes made on our premises. We even make our own sausage, clean and cut fresh veal legs, and make our own sauces, soups cannelloni and pizza dough.
Let me tell you about the history of John The Baker and myself. I’m from a family of fine bakers and pizza makers. It’s been over 75 years since my grandfather, John Scinicariello, Sr. immigrated from Italy. In 1960, he opened the first John the Baker in Stamford, Connecticut.
